EMERGENCY CALL SOFTWARE
CME's powerful software platform is the backbone of our
emergency call systems. The software monitors and manages all functions
of the integrated emergency call system including perimeter security,
delayed egress locks, wandering resident systems, etc.

Monitors all system components for low battery and operational functions.

Receives and processes all emergency call alarms and events.

Broadcasts “Audible Alarm Notification” to staff via Kenwood radios or cordless phones.

Requires staff acknowledgement with personal I.D. code providing documented accountability for emergency call alarm.
- Notifies staff of alarm via pagers.

Provides redundant messaging to ensure that no call is missed.

Monitors status of the alarm during emergency call and notifies staff if emergency call switch is not reset.

Schedules any wireless device to control on/off times.

Records all alarm and event information to the computers hard drive.

Provides easy to use report generation with complete event history by date, resident or room. Reports can be viewed and printed.

Provides daily database back-up for securing information.

Remote connection via PCAnywhere® to provide immediate system support. is missed.
Notifies staff of emergency call alarms via pagers.
